How Can I Serve You?
This is the question I have been asking myself, begging myself to figure out.
How can I still serve my community? How can I be of service and contribute during this time of need and distance. Then it hit me. The things I have always wanted to do, since I was a child.
I wanted to be a teacher. There was something about the terrible experiences I had with my grade 6 and 7 teachers that turned into having the best grade 8 teacher that made me want to be that godsend my grade 8 teacher was for me. But when it came time to apply for school, teaching wasn't the best option. So that changed and I went to school for media communications, not a bad alternative considering I use everything I learned in school since the day I graduated.
So here I am, coming back to that dream to be a teacher and I have a way to now fulfill that dream. I am here to support you, my creative entrepreneur friends and family. This one is a little rough, with a lot of "ummm" and pauses, but hey, it's here and it's ready for you.
My first tutorial video to support you and your business in the best way I know how, a photography tips and tricks video. Showing you some of the tricks I use to capture content for my clients only this time I am showing you how to do it with your phone. I know crazyyy, but hey, everything is a little crazy right now, so why not. Plus we all have them, so let's use them.
This video is meant to support you during this downturn. To guide you and give you access to some of the things I do while I am setting up, capturing and moving through my branding and product photography sessions.
My hope is to create online modules for you or your team to work through in order to be able to capture higher quality images for your business to be successful when budgets don't allow for you to hire someone like myself or the other incredible photographers in our community.
I am here to support you, even virtually while you tackle these photo sessions yourself so send me an email. This is the first of what will be many videos so feedback is welcomed and appreciated | contact@capturedbykirsten.co
Thank you so much to all of you for being an important and integral part of this community and let's get through this together and celebrate on the other side together.
Happy capturing!
Kirsten
